Your week and month at a glance
Week, month and list views of every job. Set visits to repeat weekly or monthly, save the jobs you do often as templates, and give a bigger job a timeline when it has stages.

Eviven is where your office and your crews work from. Plan call-outs, one-off jobs and recurring visits, give each person their tasks with the site details they need, and send the customer a clear report when the work is done.
Plan the week in the Planner: call-outs, one-off jobs and visits that repeat on their own, each with a person and a site.
Call-outs, one-off jobs and recurring visits, planned straight onto your customers and their sites. The office plans the week, each person sees their own tasks, and the customer gets a clear report of what was done.
Week, month and list views of every job. Set visits to repeat weekly or monthly, save the jobs you do often as templates, and give a bigger job a timeline when it has stages.
Everything assigned to you, on your phone or computer. Tick off checklists, add before and after photos, log time and materials and leave a completion note from site.
Every job with its customer and site: what's due soon, what's overdue and what happened lately. Open a Project only for bigger jobs with stages or paperwork.
Pick completed tasks and Eviven pulls in their checklists, notes and photos. Add a Time and materials section, captions and attachments, then download a PDF for the customer.
Keep customers, their sites and the people you deal with in one tree. Reuse a contact across sites. Sensitive details like access codes stay hidden until someone with permission reveals them.
The Action Queue shows what's overdue, missing or about to expire, most urgent first. Reminders arrive by email and in Eviven 7 days and 1 day before a task is due, and 30 and 7 days before a document expires.
Insurance, certificates and policies with owners, versions and expiry dates. Reuse them for every customer and get a reminder before they lapse.
Notes with checklists, tags, folders and attachments. Keep them private or share them with the people who need them.
Invite colleagues as owners, admins or members, and choose who can open Notes, Tasks and the Directory.
Ask about your jobs in plain words. The assistant drafts changes, and nothing happens until you confirm.
Sometimes a customer wants proof: insurance, certificates, safety routines. Keep these in your Library with their expiry dates, and Eviven reminds you 30 and 7 days before they run out. When a customer asks, open a Project and list what they want as Requirements, or upload their questionnaire and Eviven drafts the list for you, each point linked to the page it came from. Pick the matching documents and Eviven shows what's missing or about to expire.
Set an Answer by date and you get a reminder before it's due. When everything is in place and someone on your team has signed it off, you download one Requirements Response the customer can open, with every file accounted for.
Your crew sees today's jobs on their phone, checks in when they arrive, finds out how to get in, works through the checklist and takes photos as they go. It all lands in the task straight away, ready for the report.
We are opening Eviven to a small group of companies that plan and carry out work on customer sites. You set it up yourselves, use it on real jobs and tell us what works. What you report shapes what we build next.
Whether it's a call-out, the same visit every week or a bigger installation, Eviven keeps the plan, the people and the paperwork together.

Small and mid-size teams that do everyday work for their customers: technical service and maintenance, cleaning and site services, facility rounds and smaller installations. If you plan call-outs, one-off jobs and recurring visits, send people out to customer sites and report back afterwards, Eviven is built for you. When a bigger job comes along, with stages or paperwork for the customer, Eviven handles that too.
No. Plan tasks straight onto a customer and site, and they show up in All work and the Planner. Use a Project only when a job has stages, a timeline or paperwork the customer asks for.
Yes. Set a task to repeat daily, weekly or monthly, on the days you choose. Each visit is assigned to a person, and they get a reminder by email and in Eviven 7 days and 1 day before it's due. Save the jobs you do often as templates and set them up in seconds.
A service report PDF built from the finished tasks, with photos, checklists and, if you add it, the time spent and materials used. When a customer asks for proof such as insurance or certificates, they also get one pack with your answers, an index of which document proves what, a completion report and the documents themselves.
Your crew can use Eviven on their phone today. It's the same web app, so they open My Tasks, tick off checklists, add photos and log time and materials from site. A dedicated field app, with check-in on arrival, is in development.
No. Eviven drafts the list of what the customer wants and drafts which documents answer it, always showing where each draft came from. Fixed rules check whether something is complete or out of date, and only a person on your team can approve or sign off. Everything also works with drafting turned off.
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, PNG, JPEG and TIFF, up to 50 MB per file. PDFs are processed up to 300 pages.
